  • Medium - Provides a partially soft yolk with a firm white. Great for recipes like scotch eggs or ramen.

  • Medium hard - Yields a firm but moist yolk, perfect for egg salad.

  • Hard - Fully cooked eggs with a firm yolk, ideal for topping quiches, pizzas, soups, or salads.

Top Tips

• You can cook between 2 and 6 eggs directly in the mixing bowl.

• After adding the eggs, fill the bowl with water up to the 1-liter mark.

• Use medium-sized eggs straight from the fridge.

• For the best results, remove the eggs as soon as they’re cooked! Once done, transfer them to the simmering basket and cool under cold, running water to prevent further cooking.

The Egg Boiler function is a mode that cooks eggs to your preferred level—soft, medium, or hard-boiled. It automatically adjusts the time and temperature for precise and consistent results, making it simple to boil eggs without needing to monitor them closely.
